This memorial service commemorates the service of former staff, board members and Friends of the Peninsula Library. Please join us at 10:00AM SHARP for a short memorial service to honor all those who have gone before us. To be remembered this year: Joan Flory.

Register for Summer Reading club on Tuesday, May 30 9:30AM to 7:30PM.
Summer Reading Club is for all ages! Registration begins on May 30. Stop in the library to register for your age group and get your Summer Reading Club Kit.

Summer Reading Club for Preschoolers through age 11. Tuesdays at 10:30AM.
There will be programs on Tuesdays for Ages 3 to 11 at 10:30AM. Read or get read to for one hour and mark off on your sheet, then turn in the sheet to get a Scratch Off ticket to win a prize! Save these dates for fun interactive programs.

Summer Reading Club for ages 12 and up. Thursdays at 11:00AM.
The tweens/teens will meet on Thursdays at 11:00AM. The first meeting is on June 8 and the kids will get to help Miss Chris plan what activities you want to do at the library for the summer. We will also get ready for the summer reading club challenge by sharing your favorite books, and new books you want to read.

Summer Reading Club for Adults 18+.
You`re never too old to join Summer Reading Club! This summer sign up for reading fun at the Peninsula Library! Just read or listen to books of your choice for chances to WIN prizes! Complete an activity sheet found in your Reading Bag Kit and turn in at the library to select a prize from the Prize Basket. Complete the bookmark entry form and your name will be entered into a raffle to win either a Suncrest Gardens Gift Certificate or a Folding Outdoor Rocking Chair! Registration begins on Tuesday, May 30 during library hours. You will receive a Reading Bag Kit with one Bookmark Entry Form and activity sheets. Attend one of our adult programs listed below for another chance to fill out a Grand Prize Entry Form.

Mini Canvas Painting with Allie on June 8, at 6:30PM.
Come to the library and have fun with paint! Recreate a beautiful painting by following guided, step-by-step instructions. The class is limited to fifteen, so please register early.
