BOSTON TOWNSHIP

GET WELL WISHES: Speedy recovery wishes to Patty Tesmer, our at-large-cemetery board member. Patty is recovering from knee surgery

WELCOME BACK: Doug Mayer is back to work and on limited duty. We thank Tim Tesmer for working double duty all winter.

BOSTON MILLS CLOSURE: Boston Mills Road will be closed at the train crossing from 8:00AM April 13 until 5:00PM on April 17 as a crossing replacement and railroad signal installation takes place. Crossing gates and signal lights will also be installed at the Riverview diagonal and Everett Road crossings.

ZONING ALTERNATE POSITIONS: Mike Kubiak was appointed to our appeals board. If you are interested in one of the alternate positions please contact one of the trustees.

SUMMIT COUNTY ENGINEER’S OFFICE SUMMER STUDENT EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM: Once again the engineer’s office has openings in their summer employment program. If you would like further information or an application please contact Joanne Noragon, our fiscal officer at 330-657-2059.

The Township Trustees meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the old township garage next to the Town Hall. The zoning commission meets the second Tuesday of each month and the board of zoning appeals meets the fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30PM (same location).
