BOSTON TOWNSHIP

TURNPIKE SOUND MITIGATION: Boston Township’s request for $85,000 for the funding of a study for sound mitigation was denied by the Ohio Turnpike Commission.

HINES HILL ROAD REMEDIATION: The trustees received two bids for Hines Hill remediation project. The project was awarded to Melway Paving of Holmesville. Their bid was $148,025 to pave the top section and $19,500 to pave the bottom section.

SALT INCREASE: Salt will be $49.72 a ton this season. This is a ten dollar increase from last year.
