BOSTON TOWNSHIP

CUYAHOGA FALLS JEDD: Trustee Ritch and Zoning Commission member Marty Griffith gave an overview of the Ohio EPA’s one stop shopping for grants and funding. They will attend meetings in June and August. At these meetings community representatives can present their funding needs to many groups at one time. Mike Weant, from Summit County Department of Environmental Services will help them prepare a summary of the cost of sewer to the business corridor to present various groups. Grants are limited, but low cost or zero interest loans are available.

PUBLIC HEARING: a public hearing was held on May 12, 2015 regarding the zoning regulations for ancillary buildings. The changes will be forwarded to the Trustees for further action.

PENINSULA JEDD: Fiscal officer Joanne Noragon is continuing to obtain relevant information with regards to income tax payments by NPS employees. A request was made for a waiver of late fees and penalties for non-payment of taxes. The JEDD board decided not to waive fees or penalties.
