PENINSULA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
The PACC is excited to present the eleventh annual Ramp UP on April 27, 2024.
This festival honors the ramp, the wild leek which is affectionately known as "little stinker." While the details are still being finalized, the following represents vendors that will participate: Champs Ramps, Gina and Carhops, Diner Dogs, Panzer Family Ramp, Wild Leeks, Kate`s Home baked goods,
Pierogi Lady, Akron Pickle, Big Blue BBQ/Stray Dog, Breadheads Breadery, Bloody Mary`s at the GAR Hall, and an airstream with non-alcoholic drinks. There will also be handmade items by Angie`s Geegaws and Thanks Marge. Jon Mosey will provide music.
These vendors will be ready to go at 11:00AM and the festival is over at 4:00PM. As the vendors complete their setting up, NPS Ranger Rebecca Jones will lead a guided walk at 10:00AM from Trail Mix Peninsula. This will be a wildflower/plant identification walk.
During the day, there will also be a guided walk by Barb Gedeon.
This day is to celebrate the Ramp, enjoy our unique village, and visit our local businesses who will also be carrying out the Ramp theme in various ways.
