PENINSULA POLICE DEPARTMENT


Please welcome Officer Joseph Krupla to the Peninsula Police Department. Officer Krupla was born in Cleveland and graduated from Lutheran High School West in 2002. He joined the U.S. Army in 2002 and served both on Active Duty and National Guard until 2014, leaving the service as a Captain. While serving in the military he graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelors in Sociology and certificate in Criminology. He currently is employed as an AML investigator for an Ohio based bank and as a part time Corrections Officer for North Royalton Police Department. Joseph recently graduated from the Polaris Career Center Basic Police Academy. He resides in Brunswick and recently celebrated his 15 year wedding anniversary with his high school sweetheart Deborah. They have a daughter, Victoria (13 years old) and a son, Henry (8 years old).





On July 16 we had a summer cookout/ get together at the Boston Township Hall which included a drone demonstration from Lou Keller and Danny Canary from Skydio, an American based company that makes drones for law enforcement and the military.
