PENINSULA UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
Thanks to all who participated in our summer mission projects! The RAHAB clothing drive collected twenty four bags for victims of sex trafficking. And the school supplies drive brought in sixteen bags of items for students in need at Woodridge Local Schools.
Sunday Worship Services
We invite you to join us for Sunday Services each week at 9:00AM in the church, starting in October. Look for a later worship start time coming soon! You can also join us for worship via Zoom. The Zoom meeting ID is 734 940 8017 and the password is Pumc1575.

Peddler`s Day
PUMC will be participating in Peddler`s Day on October 1 by renting out spaces in the church yard. If you would like to reserve a 12x12 space for $20, call Lynn (330-931-9662) or email the church (PeninsulaM@TWC.com).
Election Day Dinner
Our traditional turkey dinner returns as carry-out only on Tuesday, November 8! Reservations must be made in advance. We will be taking orders for lunch (75 meals) and dinner (125 meals) for pick-up at the following times: 11:30AM to noon, noon to 12:30PM, 12:30PM to1:00PM and 4:30PM to 5:00PM, 5:00PM to 5:30PM, 5:30PM to 6:00PM, 6:00PM to 6:30PM, and 6:30PM to 7:00PM.
Menu consists of homemade turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans with bacon, coleslaw, cranberry sauce and your choice of apple or pumpkin pie. Price is $11.00 (same as 2019!)
Call the church (330-657-2567) and leave a message or email PeninsulaM@TWC.com with your name, phone number, number of meals, choice of pick-up time and dessert. Pay by cash or check at pick-up.

Blessing of Pets
Join us with your furry, feathery and even scaly friends on Saturday, October 15 at 11:00AM for a blessing on the church lawn by Pastor Claudia.
Awareness of Animal Rescue Facilities (AARF)
We will once again be collecting items for local no-kill shelters throughout October.
Place your donated dog and cat food, toys, treats, litter, cleaning supplies (bleach, laundry detergent) and office supplies in the bins by the side door of the church on Main Street. Checks can be made out to PUMC with "pet shelter" written in the memo line and mailed to PO Box 186, Peninsula 44264.
