I realized that
bullying never
has to do with you.
It`s the bully
who`s insecure.

BOSTON TOWNSHIP

Zoning Update: Revisions to the zoning ordinance regarding signage were approved by the Zoning Commission at a meeting on December 10. The proposed changes were sent to the Summit County Planning Commission for their review on January 23. Due to a lack of a quorum, their hearing was rescheduled for January 30. The Zoning Commission held a hearing on the revisions on February 11 and the township trustees will hold a hearing on March 5. Both the sign revisions and the prior revisions regarding home occupations, etc. will be integrated into the full ordinance which will be reprinted and posted to the township website.

Condolences: The trustees express condolences to the family of former township Fiscal Officer Gene Kaczmarski. Gene took office in January 1992, upon the resignation of John Krusinski after the park took possession of the family`s home. Gene served for 12 years and 3 months until March 31, 2004. During that era, the township received multiple grants for roads and the renovation of the township hall buildings and Gene mastered the record keeping requirements of each grant making agency.
