PENINSULA COUNCIL

Resolution Number 02-2026, a resolution authorizing the mayor and fiscal officer to renew the village`s agreement with Summit County and the legal defender`s office of Summit County was passed in the most recent meeting.

Ordinance Number 04-2026, an emergency ordinance amending section 121.01 of the administrative code regarding regular council meetings was also passed in the most recent meeting.

The road department is looking to employ an additional member to their team. Inquiries can be emailed or called to village administrative office.

First Energy is invited to the April 28, 2026 council meeting. More information to come.
