PENINSULA PYTHONS T-BALL
Introducing FREE t-ball team for the residents of Boston Township and surrounding areas. We are excited to offer an alternative to traditional t-ball, with a longer season and emphasis on individual skills and an introduction to team sports concepts.
All children ages 4 (if they will turn 5 in 2008) through 6 (if still 6 by Labor Day 2008) are welcome.
Practices will begin Saturday, May 3, 2008 @ 10:00 a.m. in the field (near tennis courts) behind Woodridge Intermediate School on Bronson Avenue in Peninsula, Ohio. Practices will likely be twice a week until games begin around Memorial Day.
Weekly games will include inter-squad scrimmages, games with nearby teams (Hudson, Richfield, Stow, etc.) and mini tournaments. Games will end Labor Day weekend.
A large roster will be maintained to allow for family vacations and other scheduled conflicts. Volunteers are needed for coaches, umpires, and field maintenance. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
