SENIOR SPAGHETTI DINNER: If you are a senior and read this paper then you are invited to our free annual community spaghetti dinner sponsored by the Peninsula Police Department and the Trustees. Join us at the Township Hall July 26th from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
BRUSH CHIPPING: Brush chipping will continue the first week of each month. Please remember to place your branches at the curb. No root balls please.
ZONING: The Trustees are looking for an alternate member to serve on the Zoning Commission. If you are interested please call one of the numbers listed below. Marty Griffith was re-appointed to the zoning commission for another five year term and Joe Orahoske was re-appointed to the board of zoning appeals for another five year term.
VANDALISM: We have noticed a recent increase in street signs being taken in the Main Street-Zielinski court area. If you notice anyone removing signs please contact the Peninsula Police Department.
PAVING PROJECTS: Hines Hill and Major Roads are scheduled for pavement repair which should be completed by the end of the month.
The Township Trustees meet the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the old township garage next to the Town Hall.
The zoning commission meets the second Tuesday of each month and the board of zoning appeals meets the fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30PM (same location).
