MARILYN’S KITCHEN

This salad dressing is similar to the delicious White French at Papa Joe’s restaurant. It is both creamy and piquant and will be a delicious addition to any salad.

1 cup mayonnaise ¼ cup grated yellow onion 1 tsp. dijon mustard 1Tbsp plus 2 tsp distilled white vinegar 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp sugar

Place mayonnaise in a bowl. Finely grate the onion and measure onion, packing down. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and refrigerate overnight before using. Yield 1 cup.
