VILLAGE VBRUSH AND LEAF PICKUP
PENINSULA VILLAGE
The 2009 Brush pickup for the Village will be on the first Monday of each month beginning in May and ending in October. The dates are May 4, June 1, July 6, August 3, September 8, and October 5.
All brush should be placed next to the road edge with the cut end facing the roadway. Any limbs shorter than 4 ft. must be bundled or put in containers to be dumped into the chipper or they will not be picked up. No root balls or scrap construction wood will be accepted. The Village of Peninsula would like to remind residents that the service is
meant to handle only minor pruning or yard clean up of reasonable volumes. It is not intended to accommodate large tree removal or lot clearing. Leaf pickup will begin on October19 and end on November 30.
