BOSTON TOWNSHIP
ISSUE 37: The Trustees would like to thank all of our voters for approving the JEDD with Peninsula.
GET WELL WISHES: Speedy recovery wishes to Ed Pullekins, the township’s attorney. Ed is recovering from surgery.
THANK YOU: Many thanks to Dave Hazelwood for his continued donation to the township to offset property taxes that are not paid on his property. His property is now owned by the NPS. We hope others in this same position will follow his lead.
ZONING: There are still positions available for the zoning commission and board of zoning appeals. Please contact one of the Trustees if you are interested.
ZONING CHANGES: The proposed amendment to the zoning regulations with regards to garage sales was approved by the Summit County Planning Commission. Thank you to Lida flowers Brandt for all of her work.
LEAF PICKUP: Leaf pick up will begin the third week of October and continue into December.
SENIOR SNOW PLOWING: The Township will again be offering this service to our seniors. If you were on last year’s list you will automatically receive this year’s application. Please call 330-657-2439 if you need an application.
SHARE-A-CRISTMAS: It is time to be thinking about our annual Share-A-Christmas program. Drop off boxes will be at the Library, Terry Lumber, and Peninsula United Methodist Church. For information call 330-657-2439.
