ALARM DROP FEES: Peninsula Police Chief Joe Varga sent out notifications to residences and businesses that utilize alarm services. Beginning in 2015 the Township will be charging a fee for excessive false alarm calls.

ZONING: The Trustees are continuing to work on changes in zoning where it applies to accessory buildings. Many thanks to all who serve on the zoning board and the board of zoning appeals. We appreciate your efforts.

FIRE BOARD: The Trustees reappointed Richard Slocum to the at-large position on the Valley Fire Board.

BOSTON CEMETERY: A request will be made for a Summit County prosecutor’s opinion regarding the Paul Hamerly-Boston Cemetery property line.
