PENINSULA VILLAGE
The Peninsula Village Council met in regular session on March 9th. The family of Grover Miller attended the meeting to accept a proclamation honoring Mr. Miller with the Village’s Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding service to the Community. Council approved the equipment needed for the new police vehicles being acquired by the Village. The 2015 Operating Budget was approved by Council. The Village hired a new administrative assistant, Elizabeth Workman, a local resident. Best wishes are extended to Sergeant Renz of the Police Department who is recovering from his on duty accident.
