Village Council met in Regular Council Session March 9, 2020
Council authorized the trade in of 2016 Ford Interceptor Police Cruiser for the purchase of a 2020 Ford Interceptor Police Cruiser and equipment for the vehicle not to exceed $37,000.00 from Lebanon Ford.
Council passed Resolution 01-2020 Reappointing Bradric Bryan of Goodwin & Bryan, LLP as the Village*s Solicitor and Prosecutor for a Term commencing on April 1, 2020 and ending March 31, 2021.
Council passed Resolution 03-2020 Requesting the County Fiscal Officer to Certify to the Village of Peninsula the Amount a 3 Mill, Five Year, Road Tax Renewal Levy Would Generate for the Village.
Council passed Resolution 05-2020 Establishing the Annual Operating Budget and Setting Forth the Appropriations for 2020.
The Village of Peninsula was approved to disburse $250 in sponsorship funds from NOPEC. The $250 was awarded to Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.
